About ‘In Light of Law’
Started in the year 2020, In Light of Law (,
inlightoflaw.com), has walked and passed
several milestones since then. The idea was to create a platform that would
benefit in career building and to the academic aspects for the students of law,
and serve the society at large.
Our Goal is to enhance the reach of law students towards
the opportunity they desire. We are working with a vision to establish a
platform where legal experts & students can present their work, Articles,
Legal opinions on various themes of Law and Judgments.
We have partnered with Law Schools, Law Firms, Domain
Experts (resource persons) and NGOs working in the field of Law to build and
spread legal knowledge to learners/legal fraternity.
, Our key activities involve:
- · War of Words: As the name itself suggests, a debate tournament which encourage the legal students to put forwards their ideas, arguments and allow them to settle on a logical conclusion. It is our flagship event, which is organized on the quarterly basis.
- · Virtual group discussion sessions: Here we provides a forum to the law fraternity to interact with top legal brains of the country, including retired Supreme Court/High Court judges, advocates, academician or subject matter experts.
- · Ongoing legal assistance camps in the immediate vicinity: With the help of our affiliation of several law colleges, organisations, individual advocates, paralegal volunteers and interns, we attempts to provide free legal aid to the needy person.

About The Internship
We have 3 categories to perform tasks:
- Article writing: Writing articles on assigned topics through informed discussions.
- YouTube Video Production: Creating compelling videos for our YouTube channel.
- Social Media Management: Overseeing our social media presence.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- be passionate about law,
- have good listening, communication and analytical skills.
- have a flair for writing and basic research.
- be a Team Player.
Last Date
31st Aug, 2023.
Duration
It’s a monthly internship program.
WHAT YOU WILL GET IN RETURN
- Certificate upon the successful completion of the internship.
- Exposure to the legal community.
- Due Credit will be given on Publication and Official Social Media Platforms.
