About the Workshop

Mooting is an art that allows law students to present and argue complex legal issues before opposing counsel and judges. It involves not only presenting propositions but also applying them effectively to seek desired relief. To cultivate this essential skill, Rajasthan School of Law for Women is organizing the RSLW Second National Moot Court Training Workshop in a virtual format.

The workshop aims to provide a valuable platform for aspiring lawyers to enhance their mooting skills. Effective engagement with the bench requires a combination of solid research, courtroom decorum, and persuasive argumentation. The workshop's curriculum is designed to impart comprehensive knowledge of moot court procedures and skills to the participants.
