About Justice Surya Kant

Justice Surya Kant, an Indian Supreme Court judge, previously served as a Senior Advocate and Advocate General for Haryana. He studied law at Maharshi Dayanand University, practiced in the Punjab and Haryana High Court from 1985, and was designated as a Senior Advocate in 2001. In 2019, he was elevated to the Supreme Court by the Collegium.

About the Opportunity

Applications for internships with the Chambers of Hon’ble Justice Surya Kant, Supreme Court of India, are invited on a rolling basis starting from January 2024. The internship, initially for one month, may be extended based on performance.

Offline, with limited flexibility for working from home.

 

Duration

For the period of 1 month, extendable, subject to performance.

 

Eligibility Criteria

4/5th year students of 5 Year Law Course or 2/3rd year students of 3 Year Law Course.
