Divanshu is the proprietor at Divanshu Gupta Law Chambers. For the initial part of his career, he was with Cyril
Amarchand Mangaldas (Mumbai Office) and advised banks and companies on setting
up infrastructure projects in India and abroad on project finance basis.
Currently, he is practicing in Jaipur, India and appear regularly before the
High Court, DRT, NCLT, District & Sessions Court and all other fora and
tribunals.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for law students to join us for internship
(short/long term - on site and not virtual) on immediate basis at our office in
Jaipur.
Work Profile
Broad area of work is civil and commercial litigation along
with white collar crime matters. There will also be transactional
law/drafting/documentation and due diligence work.
Mode
Offline.
Stipend
Stipend is discretionary and performance based.
