About the Opportunity
We at D&K Law offices are
looking for two talented and entusiastic law students to join our litigation
team in Ahmedabad on an immediate basis.
Area of Practice
We deals primarily but not
limited to in the matters at NCLT, NCLAT, High court. As an intern you will
have an opportunity to gain hands on experience in IBC, Companies Act, SARFESI,
commercial litigation, etc.
From assisting with research and
drafting legal documents to participating in client meeting and court
proceedings, you will be fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of the
office.
What we're looking for:
1. Law student currently enrolled
in the 4th or 5th year of an integrated LLB program or in the 2nd year of LLB
2. Strong academic record and
passionate in pursuing litigation
3. Excellent research, writing
and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently
and as part of a team
5. Proficiency in MS Office,
Adobe Acrobat, Legal research tools, etc
