Law Graduate
Job Description
Secretarial work in company law, FEMA, insolvency and
related acts Drafting and vetting all agreements for commercial contracts.
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation; execution of legal documentation.
Skills:
Proven background in corporate law (contract law, tax law,
accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights,
licensing)
Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
Good Computer skills
